Dussehra on 20 October 2026 marks the end of Navratri and the victory of good over evil, celebrated with Ravana effigies in the north, Mysuru's elephant procession in the south and the end of Durga Puja in the east. Gifts are traditionally about auspicious beginnings: new tools, new vehicles, blessings for the year. This list is eight Dussehra gifts that are not mithai: a Ram darbar for the puja shelf, a toy dhanush for the kids' Ramlila, a pair of Dasara elephants, a toran and bells for the door, and a tilak set for the morning puja. Each was picked for the person, not just the day. Prices are what we saw when we checked and the merchant's page has the final word. Order by 14 October for standard delivery.
