Eggless Kerala Plum Cake
A 1kg plum cake the vegetarians can eat too.
Why we love it
An explicitly eggless, dry-fruit-loaded 1kg plum cake is the Christmas hamper centrepiece for mixed households where half the family won't touch egg.
Real talk: Only about 60 ratings so far, and it is a matured tea-cake style, not a soft bakery sponge.
